Take Northvale R-Alpha Lipoic Acid every day for a full month. If your feet do not feel calmer, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

Opened pouches are covered. Taking it for the month is the point, so you do not need an unopened pouch to ask for your money back.

How to ask for a refund. Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to support@northvalenutrition.com with your order number and a sentence about your experience. No forms and no phone calls. If we need anything back from you, we tell you by email.

Arrived damaged or not as ordered? Send us a photo and your order number. We send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method as soon as we have approved them. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

What is not covered. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
