Terms of service

Who we are. Northvale Nutrition, trading at northvalenutrition.com. Contact: support@northvalenutrition.com.

Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted. We may decline an order and refund it in full, for example where an item is out of stock or an address cannot be delivered to. Subscribe and save. If you choose a subscription at checkout, a new order ships every 30 days at the subscription price shown on the product page, and you are charged when each order ships. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next order ships by writing to support@northvalenutrition.com or using the link in your subscription emails. One-time orders ship once: nothing ships again unless you place a new order.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated at checkout. We correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before charging you anything different.

Product use. Northvale R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is a dietary supplement for adults. Take three softgels a day with water, ideally with a meal, and do not exceed the suggested serving. Check with your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication (especially for blood sugar or thyroid), or have a medical condition. Contains coconut (a tree nut). Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for effects of using the product other than as directed on the label.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
